Mayor French read the aforementioned item. Matt Greene presented this item to council using a powerpoint presentation and answered questions. Gayle Wilkinson stated this action could be with two separate votes for A and B or one vote for both.. Councilmember Labowski motioned to approve amendment A of this item. Councilmember Spradley seconded the motion which passed. Opposed: Mayor French Councilmember Labowski motioned to approve amendment B of this item. Councilmember Spradley seconded the motion which passed.
