TNR staff has received a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a public utility easement (PUE) located along the lot lines of Lot 685, Apache Shores Section 4 as recorded in Volume 52, Page 18 of the Plat Records of Travis County.<br><br id="isPasted">The property owner is requesting that the subject PUE be vacated to bring it into compliance. The easement is dedicated by plat note. Lot 685 fronts Big Horn Drive, a street not maintained by Travis County. <br><br>The utility companies operating in the area (Austin Energy, Spectrum, Texas Gas, WCID 17) have signed statements on file that they have no objection to vacating the subject easement.<br><br>The staff foresees no opposition to this request.
