The Director, or the Director’s designee, is authorized to assess a one- time container replacement fee to a residential customer who requests a new or additional container more than once every five years provided that: a. The fee shall not exceed the actual cost of the container and the reasonable cost of delivery; and b. No fee shall be charged when the replacement container is required due to damage caused by the Solid Waste Management Division, any employee of the City acting within the scope of employment, or any contractor performing solid waste collection services on behalf of the City.
