Termination of Agreement. The License granted herein will a utomatically terminate, and will be of no further force or effect, upon the earliest of: (a) completion of the flood mitigation construction, as certified in writing by Licensee; or (b) on September 15, 2026. Upon termination, all rights granted to the Licensee under this Agreement shall cease, and Licensee shall promptly remove all equipment, materials, and debris from the Access Area and restore the Access Area to a condition substantially the same to its condition immediately prior to Licensee’s entry.
