Kim Buttram, Director of Economic Development, presented a overview of the Annual Incentive Report. The report includes a portfolio of 60 Economic Development incentive projects which are governed by and registered with the State of Texas. A comprehensive report is filed annually with the State Comptroller. Ms. Buttram reviewed various incentive projects within the City such as Alcott Logistics Station, Alltrades Mesquite, Cloverleaf/Stallion, Ridge Ranch, Urban District 30 and Peter Piper Pizza. She reviewed project group performance, investment types, incentive categories and project profiles. The work session ended at 6:42 p.m.
