Consideration to award in an annual supply contract with the Sole Source Vendor Xylem Dewatering Solutions, Inc from Carrolton, Texas, in an amount of $300,000.00 This contract is subject to future appropriations and allows for the purchase of replacement submersible water, sewer, and drainage pumps, parts, and service for the Wastewater Treatment Plants and lift stations for the Utilities Department. The term of this contract shall be for a period of (1) one year. All pumps, parts, and services will be secured on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Sewer System Fund.
