Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

The contract with Sciens Consulting for ERP consulting services was approved in April 2026. Following approval, staff and Sciens initiated the project kickoff, including planning the first phase of work and scheduling onsite interviews. The Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning phase, which includes onsite interviews, operational reviews, market research, and budget development started in April and May. This phase is designed to provide the consultant with a comprehensive understanding of the Town’s processes, operational needs, and long-term objectives. Using the information gathered, Sciens has conducted an evaluation of the ERP marketplace, identified solutions that align with the Town’s requirements, and developed a preliminary budget and implementation strategy.
