Discussion and possible action on recommendations by the Personnel/RFP Committee regarding those contract services required to provide proof of professional liability insurance coverage. A motion was made by Pete Brien, second by Bill Harris for Legal Counsel, Engineering/Hydrologist, and Auditor be required to have professional liability insurance coverage. The Information & Technology, Legislative Consultant, and ArcGIS (Halff Associates) not be required to have liability insurance. The motion passed with a vote of 5-2 (Opposed Stephen Cast and David Stratta).
