2025-1464 Health and Human Services – FY2026 Health Escrow Budgets On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Health and Human Services – Health Escrow Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the notification of the submission from the Dallas County Health and Human Services for the following FY2026 health escrow budgets. # Escrow Fund Fund Function 1
