Landowner will deposit $35,000 in the District's general fund to cover the anticipated costs associated with annexation of the Property . The District will provide Landowner with detailed billings regarding the expenses charged against the deposit upon request. If the a nnexation costs are less than $35,000, Landowner will receive a ref und of the difference. If the annexation costs exceed the deposit , Landowner will timely pay the additional costs.
