Authorize the City Manager or his designee to exercise the second and final, two-year renewal option and modification of the two-year requirements contract for security guard services with Vets Securing America, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $1,573,707, and execute any and all documents necessary to carry out such contract. Funds are budgeted inNon-Departmental Account No. CC190201-SC0533 [$1,110,874]; Sanford Properties Maintenance Account No. CC370106-SC0533 [$319,768]; and various departmental accounts [$143,065]; and are subject to FY2028 budget approval.
