Work completed to date has included analysis of enrollment and accountability trends, consultation with ESC Region 14 and TEA, teacher and stakeholder engagement, and review of facility capacity, staffing, student services, instructional alignment, operational needs, and potential costs. Administration has continued refining the proposal and implementation considerations throughout the summer and anticipates returning in September with final information and a recommendation for Board consideration.
