2026-0020 Appointment to the North Central Texas Health Facilities Development Corporation Board of Directors (NCTHFDC) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 6, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby re-appoint John “Chris” Luna (1) to serve on the North Central Texas Health Facilities Development Corporation Board of Directors (NCTHFDC) for a three-year term, effective February 1, 2026 and expiring January 31, 2029.
