If approved, I will finalize the contract with our attorney and execute it. The estimated cost for this project was $2,000,000 and the total cost of GMP 1 and GMP 2 is $1,954,322. The proposal includes both contractor and owner contingencies and the pre-construction fee from the original contract. The total for GMP #2 is $1,643,741.
