General Manager’s Report Patrick Wagner provided the General Manager’s report. Wagner will email out legal insight for future large wells regarding legal guidance regarding decision process Wagner shares well quotes regarding the proposed project for monitoring wells on site at MTGCD. Changes will be made to this plan as drilling these wells will be outside of the intended budget. For the grant proposal, we will reframe the proposal to request equipment. We will be requesting equipment that allows us to better monitor the wells in our district.
