<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>The Business and Industrial Corporation of Denison, Inc., d/b/a Denison Development Alliance, was created by Resolution No. 3382 of the Denison City Council on March 18, 1996, and is governed by the Development Corporation Act of 1979, as amended, and Section 4A of the Act.</li><li>The Board consists of five directors who are appointed by the Mayor and City Council.</li><li>Board members serve three-year terms, and no member may serve more than two regular three-year terms in succession.</li><li>Charles Pool currently serves on the Board, with his current term expiring September 30, 2026. Mr. Pool is eligible and willing to serve another term.</li><li>The Board's membership provisions provide that the Chair is appointed by the Mayor and City Council by October 1 of each year.</li></ul>
