Cinthia Mendieta began her journey with The LINK in 2021 as part-time, primarily working evening shifts and rentals while also serving as an Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese. After stepping away to focus on her primary role, she returned in 2022 to accept a full-time position as Event & Tourism Coordinator. As Event & Tourism Coordinator, Cinthia managed facility rentals and assisted with coordinating 2 City events. Her commitment to exceptional service and community engagement led to her promotion to Recreation Supervisor – Events in November 2026. In her current role, Cinthia plans and coordinates the City's annual special events, including Easter, Fourth of July, Halloween, Veterans Day, Christmas, Herencia, and Parks and Recreation Month. She is dedicated to creating memorable experiences that bring residents together, celebrate the Richland Hills community, and foster a strong sense of belonging. Cinthia is honored to serve the City and is committed to making every event an experience that families will remember for years to come.
