On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 18, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: 1210 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby On a motion made by TBD, and seconded by TBD, the following order will be voted on by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Attachment A which lists the Republican Presiding Election Judge and Alternate Presiding Election Judge appointments for the 2026-2027 term starting on August 1, 2026, and ending on July 31, 2027.
