Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

The request is for a rezoning to General Commercial from the Heavy Commercial/General Commercial zoning district. The two purposes are for TIRZ funding and to provide a space for a mobile food unit park along N. Chdbourne.

The area is a mix of commercial core and housing types. This would be compatible with the area and provide an additional spark along N Chadbourne as revitalization is happening in the North TIRZ zone with housing and small business development.

The Planning Commission heard this case on July 20 and recommended approval with a 6-0 vote.
