EXECUTIVE SESSION To convene in closed session, in compliance with Section 551.001 et. Seq. Texas Government Code, to discuss the following: a) Pursuant to Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and Section 551.087, deliberations regarding economic development negotiations - the property bordered by EM Bilger Jr. Boulevard, L Don Dodson Drive, Parkwood Drive, and Bedford Road. b) Pursuant to Section 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The City Council may convene in executive the City Council seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551, including the following item: a. Contract with Allied Waste Services of Fort Worth, LLC (dba Republic Services) for Citywide Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services.
