DISCUSSION/ACTION – Discuss and take possible action on Resolution No. R030926-C, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Ovilla, Texas establishing an Animal Shelter Advisory Committee; appointing members thereto; appointing a veterinarian to perform required inspections annually; and providing an effective date. 6.DISCUSSION –Discuss animal services operations. 7.
