a. Finance No report was given. b. Parks & Rec Ellie reported that they are going to be having a contest to name the three pavilions at the Mill Pond and the theme for Christmas this year will be Polar Express. c. DPW DPW Supervisor Jason spoke about the meeting he and Clerk Lisa had with MDOT about the traffic study at Corning and Main. President Tracey read the report from the traffic study. MDOT will be cutting trees, as well as placing more signage that cross traffic does not stop. MDOT will re-evaluate in 6 months. d. Personnel The council reviewed the minutes and discussed the open position.
