(PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR) Carlos Lopez, property owner, Harker Heights Commissioner Sharan Dockery made a motion to recommend approval of Case Z26-15 as read in the caption by the Planning & Zoning Chairman, with the conditions as presented in Exhibit A, based on staff's recommendations and findings.
