Presentation Link 5.A. Fire Station Expansion (including TCSO Dedicated Space) Project Status  Public Works Director James Tucker provided an update on the Fire Station Expansion Project, noting that mold remediation work has been completed. An inspection report is pending to verify that all remediation was completed as planned. Interior finish-out is continuing, including electrical and finish work, with furniture scheduled to arrive in September and an anticipated move-in date of October 2026. Sidewalk installation is also underway. 5.B. Nance Field Paving and Drainage Improvement Project  Public Works Director James Tucker reported that the project is substantially complete, with sod laid and irrigation underway. Mr. Tucker noted that a porta- potty service vehicle inadvertently drove onto the newly sodded area, causing minor damage that will be repaired within the week. Fencing is complete, with wheel stops on the south side of the parking lot remaining to be installed. Agenda Item #6.6.A.
