City Council Agenda September 21, 2026 The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session during the course of the meeting to seek legal advice from its attorney regarding any item on the posted agenda as authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Additionally, pursuant to the provision of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, City Council may adjourn into Executive Session, in accordance with the authority contained in: 10.A.
