Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 – Deliberations concerning the duties of a public officer or employee: the Interim City Manager, the City Attorney, and the City Secretary. Councilmember Riley made the motion, seconded by Councilmember Ouderkirk, to convene into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code. AYES: Elackatt, Clouser, Riley, Thompson, Ouderkirk. NAYS: None. The motion carried. City Council convened into a Closed Executive Session at 5:06 p.m.
