John Fletcher, 1910 Woodland Hills Drive, Missouri City, Texas, spoke in opposition to Agenda Item 6A, the proposed Specific Use Permit (SUP), for an above-ground water plant facility. He expressed concerns regarding the proposed location, the potential impact on the surrounding neighborhoods, the compatibility of the facility with the City's future vision, and the expectation that the property would instead be developed as a community park. He encouraged consideration of alternative locations for the facility.
