Section 1 A request by Huitt-Zollars, applicant, on behalf of Triangle 31 Properties, LLC. and Logos Development, LLC., owners, for approval of the Preliminary Plat of French Quarter Section 1, creating 112 lots, 8 reserves, and 7 blocks on 29.45 acres of land located between Industrial Drive and Pearland Parkway. Legal Description: A subdivision of 29.45 acres of land situated in the H.T. & B.R.R. Company Survey, Section No. 28, Abstract No. 551, City of Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas. General Location: Between Industrial Drive, Pearland Parkway, and 1,500 feet northwest of Dixie Farm Road, Pearland, Texas. The consent agenda was presented by Chair Ordeneaux. She asked the Commissioners if there were any items they wished to remove from the consent agenda. Commissioner Isenberg stated he would like to pull items C and D. Commissioner Fuertes then made a motion to approve the consent agenda for all items minus C and D and Commissioner Henrich seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously 6-0. Chair Ordeneaux and Commissioner Fuertes then recused themselves from the vote on Items C and D due to conflict of interest and stepped out of the chamber. P&Z Secretary Stacey Haas then asked for a motion to approve a temporary chair and a second so items C and D could be voted on. Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting - Aug 31 2026
