Mayor Wansley introduced the item and background on the budget process. City Manager Leslie Black presented the 2026/2027 budget proposals and tax rate information, as well as options for the Council to consider. Department leadership presented background on budget items to be considered by the Council. Council discussed, had questions addressed and provided direction to staff.
