Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

This Professional Services Agreement would authorize Teague Nall & Perkins (TNP) to serve as the consultant for the Kings Fort Park Project and to provide surveying, landscape design, engineering, and construction management. The cost for services is $256,950 and is reimbursable through the Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) Grant, if awarded. The application to the TPWD is for $750,000, with the same being the maximum match for the City. The City's match will come from the park development funds received as per the 2014 development agreement for Georgetown.
