Mayor Weiss opened the item for discussion. Ms. Craig introduced the People and Culture team and reviewed the work of the department. Ms. Craig reviewed employee county, We Hire Vets certification, and reviewed accomplishments. Ms. Craig discussed advertising for open positions, discussed feedback survey and looking forward to The Monarch staffing, staff development, and engagement survey.
