Mauk stated that Bruce Hayes expressed interest in the position and was present today. Bruce Hayes has been a long term supporter of the District and attended meetings frequently prior to the pandemic. R. Gibson motioned to appoint B. Hayes to fill the vacancy of precinct 3 and B. Williams seconded the motion. Motion passed 6-0.
