Indemnification. Licensor shall not have (and Licens ee shall indemnify Licensor against) liability for any and all losses, claims, costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees), damages or liability arising out of or in connection with L icensee’s use of the LTF Tract pursuant to this Agreement. Licensee shall not suffer or permit any mechanics’, suppliers’ or other lien claims to be filed or otherwise asserted against the LTF Tract, and will promptly discharge the same if any claims for liens or any proceedings for the enforcement thereof are filed or commenced; provided, however, that Licensee shall have the right to contest the validity of any such lien or claim made in good faith and upon furnishing to Licensor or the appropriate court a bond covering such contested mechanics’ or other lien from a company, and in form, scope and substance, reasonably satisfactory to Licensor.
