The directors discussed the vacancy on the board created by the resignation of Ken Rochow, and the pros and cons of the two director candidates who attended the regular board meeting on May 12, 2025. After discussion was concluded, upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board resolved to nominate Keith Pampell as the candidate to fill the vacancy at the June 9, 2025 regular meeting.
