ENGINEER REPORT Crystal Swink of IDS Engineering Group (“IDS”), the District's engineers, presented their monthly engineer's status reports for the District and the wastewater treatment plant. She reviewed the reports with the board and responded to questions. It was noted that the wastewater treatment plant has been experiencing increasingly high flows following heavy rainfall events. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board resolved to request that all of the plant participants provide reports indicating their efforts to reduce inflow and infiltration to their respective wastewater collection systems. Upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board approved the engineer's report.
