ENGAGE AUDITOR The board recognized Jon Durnell of McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot Ellis, PLLC (MGSBE), who presented his firm’s qualifications and proposal to audit the District, wastewater treatment plant, and joint water plant books and records for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2025. The board has been pleased with the services provided by MGSBE over the years. After review and discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Pampell, and unanimously carried, the board accepted the audit proposal of MGSBE. Mr. Durnell thanked the board for the opportunity to be of service and excused himself from the meeting.
