APPROVE AUDIT The board recognized Brian Toldan of McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot, PLLC, the District’s auditors, who had previously distributed drafts of the District, joint water plant, and wastewater treatment plant audits for fiscal year ending November 30, 2021. Mr. Toldan reviewed the draft audits with the board and responded to questions. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Rochow, and unanimously carried, the board approved the audits as presented.
