ENGINEER REPORT Crystal Swink of IDS Engineering Group (“IDS”), the District's engineers, presented their monthly engineer's status reports for the District and the wastewater treatment plant. She reviewed the reports with the board and responded to questions. Ms. Swink updated the board as to the status of Heatherloch’s feasibility study regarding the possibility of delivering wastewater from a portion of the District for treatment at the Heatherloch plant. She expects to receive the study in time for review at the next regular board meeting. Upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board approved the engineer's report.
