FINAL COMMENTS Mr. Whisler reported that he is working to schedule the annual consultant appreciation dinner for either January 26 or 27, 2026. The directors thanked the consultants for their service during the year, and the directors and consultants all wished one another a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 4 There being no further business to come before the board, the meeting was adjourned.
