DETENTION MAINTENANCE REPORT Sam Cocke of Double Oak Erosion, Inc., the District’s detention pond maintenance contractor, reported as to the status and condition of the District’s detention pond facilities. Mr. Cocke reviewed their written report with the board and responded to questions. Upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board approved the detention pond maintenance contractor's report. It was noted that the Double Oak contract will be reviewed with Mr. Cocke at the next special board meeting to be scheduled for later this month.
