OPERATOR REPORT Charles Townsend of Water District Management Company (“WDM”), the District's operators, reported to the board regarding District operations and facilities. Mr. Townsend reviewed their written report with the board and responded to questions. Mr. Townsend reported on the status of the pending insurance claim for damage at the wastewater treatment plant caused last year by Hurricane Beryl. He is meeting on-site with the insurer’s engineering consultant this coming Wednesday to assist their review of the claim. Upon motion by Mr. Pershall, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board approved the operator’s report.
