After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board approved an Amended and Restated Residential Solid Waste Collection Contract with Texas Pride, reflecting the terms proposed at the October 13, 2025 board meeting.
