OPERATOR REPORT Charles Townsend of Water District Management Company (“WDM”), the District's operators, reported to the board regarding District operations and facilities. Mr. Townsend reviewed their written report with the board and responded to questions. Mr. Townsend reported that the equipment for the BiCARBUS water system additive pilot program has been removed from Water Plant No. 2 without prior notice to him or to the District’s engineers. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board decided to discontinue the program for now and authorized WDM to advise the TCEQ accordingly. Upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board approved the operator’s report.
