ENGINEER REPORT Crystal Swink of IDS Engineering Group (“IDS”), the District's engineers, presented their monthly engineer's status reports for the District and the wastewater treatment plant. She reviewed the reports with the board and responded to questions. Ms. Swink presented and reviewed correspondence and invoicing received from the North Harris County Regional Water Authority for the District’s share of costs for the Second Surface Water Feed directly to Water Plant No. 1. Upon motion by Mr. Pershall, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board approved the engineer's report.
