SECURITY CAMERAS At the April 14, 2025 meeting, the board approved a request that the District share costs with the Oak Creek Village HOA to install 5 Flock Cameras at the entrances to the Oak Creek Village subdivisions. Lloyd Bratton of the Oak Creek Village HOA reported at that meeting that their cost is $12,500 per year with the addition of a fifth camera. The HOA proposed splitting the contract costs (excluding installation costs) for the remaining year under their contract with Flock equally between the HOA and the District. Mr. Brooks presented a draft of the proposed Cost Sharing Agreement for LPR Cameras between the HOA and the District, which he had distributed earlier for review. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and carried by four votes with Mr. Whisler abstaining due to his position on the HOA board, the board approved the agreement as presented.
