RENEW INSURANCE Dan McDonald of McDonald & Wessendorff, the District’s insurance agent, reviewed the District’s current insurance coverages and their 2022 renewal proposal. He would like to look into an additional recommended endorsement to add social engineering coverage to the cyber liability policy, and the possibility of reducing the deductible amount for the boiler and machinery coverage. After discussion, it was agreed that Mr. Fava will find out whether the North Harris County Regional Water Authority maintains law enforcement liability coverage as they also have a deputy constable attend their meetings. Also, Mr. Pershall would like an opportunity to review the coverages provided by the cyber liability policy. Accordingly, after discussion was concluded the board deferred acting on the insurance renewal proposals to the next board meeting, prior to the renewal date of July 1, 2022. TAX ASSESSOR'S REPORT Debbie Bessire of Equi-Tax, Inc., the District's tax assessor, reported as to the status of District tax collections and responded to questions from the board. Ms. Bessire reported that the District is 96.2% collected for 2021 taxes, and over 99% collected for all prior years. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Whisler, and unanimously carried, the board approved the tax assessor's report and payment of the tax bills presented. BOOKKEEPER'S REPORT Kim Shelnutt of Myrtle Cruz, Inc., the District's bookkeeper, presented their monthly reports for the District, the wastewater treatment plant, and the water plant, which she reviewed with the board. The reports included listings of bills for the approval of payment, a copy of which is attached hereto. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Rochow, and unanimously carried, the board approved said bills and ordered checks issued on the appropriate District accounts in payment thereof. OPERATOR'S REPORT Charles Townsend of Water District Management Company (“WDM”), the
