Mr. Townsend reviewed their written report with the board and responded to questions. Mr. Townsend presented and recommended board approval of a proposal by NTS to replace Booster Pump No. 1 at Water Plant No. 2, at a cost of $27,946 including a new motor. Upon motion by Mr. Pershall, seconded by Mr. Pampell, and unanimously carried, the board approved the operator’s report and the NTS proposal to replace Booster Pump No. 1 at Water Plant No. 2.
