OPERATOR REPORT David Rowe of Water District Management Company (“WDM”), the District's operators, reported to the board regarding District operations and facilities. Mr. Rowe reviewed their written report with the board and responded to questions. The board asked that WDM provide copies of the District’s emergency response plan(s) for review. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board resolved to grant District customers a one-time waiver of late fees on electronic payments that accrue because the customer had forgotten to update their credit card info with the electronic payment processor. Upon motion by Mr. Pershall, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board approved the operator’s report.
