BOOKKEEPER REPORT Kim Shelnutt of Myrtle Cruz, Inc., the District's bookkeeper, presented their monthly reports for the District, the wastewater treatment plant, and the water plant, which she reviewed with the board. The reports included listings of bills for the approval of payment, copies of which are attached hereto. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Pershall, and unanimously carried, the board approved said bills and ordered checks issued on the appropriate District accounts in payment thereof, subject to final review of invoices by directors Whisler and Armand. The board authorized release of Check No. 2104 to the Oak Creek Village HOA upon receipt of the Cost Sharing Agreement for LPR Cameras between the HOA and the District, signed on behalf of the HOA and including the exhibit with the fifth camera added. Mr. Whisler provided guidance for the investment of District funds from CDs maturing between now and the next regular board meeting.
