summary of the minutes of the March 10, 2025 meeting was read by board secretary Whisler. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Rochow, and unanimously carried, the board approved the minutes of the March 10, 2025 meeting as presented. QUESTIONS/COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC Lloyd Bratton of the Oak Creek Village HOA asked that the District consider sharing costs with the HOA to maintain Flock Cameras at the entrances to Oak Creek Village. Their cost is $10,000 for the current year and will go to $12,500 per year when they add a fifth camera later this year. The HOA is proposing to split the costs with the District 50/50. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Pershall, seconded by Mr. Armand, and carried by four votes with Mr. Whisler abstaining due to his position on the HOA board, the board approved this request and asked that the District’s attorney prepare an appropriate cost sharing agreement between the HOA and the District for consideration at the next regular board meeting. Last month, the board approved a request that the District share costs with the Olde Oaks HOA to install two Flock Cameras at the entrances to Olde Oaks Section 2 on both ends of Brightwood. Brook Ballweg of the Olde Oaks HOA reported that Flock is recommending three cameras to cover Olde Oaks Section 2, and that the per camera price has been reduced to $2500 per camera so that if the District is still willing to share the costs for all three cameras 50/50, the District's share would be a one-time installation fee of $975 and $3750 annually during the five-year contract term. MUD 44 and NW MUD 20 have agreed to contribute to the costs for cameras in the other sections of Olde Oaks. Mr. Brooks presented a draft of the proposed Cost Sharing Agreement for LPR Cameras between the HOA and the three districts, which he had distributed earlier for review. After review and discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board approved
